These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern every use of the Tidewrit website, request form, trip pages, and related communications (together, the "Service"), operated by Nima Investments Ltd ("Tidewrit," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a request form, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Tidewrit is a human-plus-AI travel concierge service. We research, plan, and package personalized travel itineraries and related recommendations. We are a planning and advisory service — we are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, visa bureau, or insurer, and we do not hold an IATA or equivalent travel-industry accreditation unless separately stated to you in writing.
Our process is pay-first: you submit a request form describing your trip; we send a secure payment link by email and WhatsApp; once payment is confirmed, we prepare and deliver a private, encrypted trip page within 3–5 business days, according to the tier you purchased:
Specific inclusions, delivery timing, and support windows for each tier are as described on tidewrit.com at the time of your purchase, and in the order confirmation we send you. Where anything in an individual order confirmation conflicts with the general marketing description of a tier, the order confirmation controls.
We commit to using reasonable skill, care, and up-to-date research in preparing your itinerary and recommendations, to delivering within the stated timeframe (or notifying you promptly if we cannot), and to keeping your trip page private and accessible only via your unique link.
Because travel involves many parties and circumstances outside our control, we do not guarantee:
Travel requirements (visas, vaccinations, permits, passport validity, customs rules) change without notice and are ultimately each traveler's own responsibility to verify directly with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official government source before departure. We provide guidance as a convenience, not as a legal or immigration determination.
If you cancel your request before we have begun substantive research or drafting on your trip page, you are entitled to a full refund, minus any non-recoverable third-party transaction fee charged by our payment processor.
Once we have begun substantive work — which we consider to start as soon as an itinerary draft has been opened in your account or research has demonstrably begun — your order is non-cancellable for a full refund, because the labor has already been incurred. In that case, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, reflecting work not yet completed.
Because each trip page is custom-researched and delivered digitally, all sales are final once your trip page has been delivered, except as set out below.
Each tier includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as described at purchase. Requests that amount to a substantially new trip (different destination, different traveler count, different season) will be treated as a new order.

To prepare your trip, we collect information you provide on the request form and in follow-up messages — which may include your name, contact details, travel dates, destinations, budget, passport nationality, and preferences — and payment information processed by our payment provider, Flutterwave, which we do not store directly.
We use your information solely to plan and deliver your trip, communicate with you about your order, provide support during your trip window (Concierge and Landing Package tiers), and improve our internal service templates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your trip page is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and accessible only via a private, unique link. Internal records are kept in access-controlled systems (Google Sheets, Cloudflare KV) limited to Tidewrit personnel who need them to serve you. We use an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude, accessed via API) embedded in your trip page to help answer travel questions; messages you send it are processed to generate responses and are not used to train third-party models beyond what Anthropic's standard API terms provide.
We share only what is necessary with third parties who fulfil part of your trip — for example, a hotel or driver you ask us to book with — and with service providers who host or process data on our behalf (Cloudflare, Google, Flutterwave, Anthropic), each bound by their own data-processing terms.
We retain your order data for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations, typically no longer than 24 months after your trip concludes unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing nimainvestmentsltd@gmail.com; we will comply except where retention is required by law.
Tidewrit acts as a planner and intermediary. We do not control, operate, own, or employ the airlines, hotels, tour operators, guides, drivers, visa authorities, insurers, or other third parties ("Travel Providers") referenced or booked in connection with your trip. Accordingly:
We strongly recommend that every customer purchase independent travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation, and we are happy to point you toward reputable providers on request.
The itineraries, research, and materials we prepare for you are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use in planning and taking your trip. Our templates, atlas research, branding, and underlying methodology remain the property of Nima Investments Ltd and may not be resold, redistributed, or used to build a competing service.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, the law, or our operations. The version posted at tidewrit.com at the time of your order governs that order. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
If a problem arises, please contact us first at nimainvestmentsltd@gmail.com or +256 709 864 155 on WhatsApp. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly, and we commit to a good-faith attempt to resolve any complaint within 14 days of you raising it.
If direct resolution does not succeed, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation for a further 30 days before pursuing formal proceedings. Where informal resolution fails, either party may refer the dispute to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator in Kampala, Uganda, as a precondition to litigation, except for claims relating to non-payment or intellectual property, which either party may pursue directly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 9.2, the courts of Uganda have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, regardless of where you are located.
